WOOD FUEL
At The Perennial Gardener, our aim is to supply good quality, locally harvested firewood. All our wood is left to dry for a minimum of six months outside in our field before being processed and split into logs. Once processed, it is brought into our barn for storage and also to dry before being sold. All our firewood is suitable to burn on an open fire or in a stove.
The Perennial Gardener cuts logs to about 8” to 9” in length and splits them to a size that is efficient for both the burn time and heat output. If you require logs cut to a different size, just let me know when ordering them and I will try my best to accommodate you.
We sell our logs by loose cubic metre loads or by barrow bags as shown in the photo’s.
